A Wedding at Château de la Napoule

Château de la Napoule sits on the shores of the French Riviera, between Cannes and Mandelieu. With its medieval towers, sculpted stone arcades and gardens overlooking the Mediterranean, it is one of the most extraordinary wedding venues in the south of France. A place where history and romance meet. A place that feels like it was made for moments like this.

The afternoon began with a cocktail hour by the sea. The light was golden. The breeze was warm. Guests mingled on the terrace, drinks in hand, the Bay of Cannes shimmering behind them. Everyone was dressed beautifully — silk dresses, tailored suits, laughter and elegance in equal measure. The kind of crowd that makes every photograph effortless.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the courtyard came alive. Dinner was served al fresco, long tables arranged beneath the open sky, surrounded by the ancient stone walls of the château. Candles flickered. Flowers spilled across the tables. The smell of summer was in the air. Guests settled in, glasses were raised, and the evening found its rhythm

And then — fireworks. Bursting over the Bay of Cannes in gold and violet, reflected on the water below. K&M stood together, faces lit up, holding each other as the sky exploded above them. A moment that needed no words.

It was an honour to witness this day. And an even greater honour to photograph it.
